1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Zakoota King application (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be legally permitted to use the App in your country. You are responsible for the activity on your account and keeping your credentials secure.
3. Use of Service
- No cheating, botting, emulator/VM usage, VPN abuse, or policy violations.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, scrape, or disrupt the App.
- Respect the rights of others and applicable laws.
4. Virtual Earnings & Withdrawals
Earnings shown in the App are virtual until successfully paid to your chosen provider or wallet. We may adjust balances for reversed/invalid tasks, fraud, chargebacks, or partner rejections. Daily limits, KYC, geo and partner terms may apply.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All App content, trademarks, and code are owned by Zakoota King or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for suspected abuse, policy or legal violations, or harmful activity. On termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of third-party offers and data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zakoota King shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our principal place of business, unless local law requires otherwise.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
